The Napier jewelry company has been manufacturing costume jewelry since 1920 and ceased manufacturing under this name in 1999. Unmarked Napier jewelry is still being sold on Napier cards in Department stores, but the quality is not the same as pre 1999. They are known for classic goldtone and silvertone styles - often with rhinestone accents.
